Blakewater Gutter Cleaning is striving to make pricing simple.

• Basic Gutter Cleaning- $1 per ft (includes hand cleaning and debris removal. Removal if nowhere on premises will accommodate).

  • 2nd Story- add $100

  • 3rd Story- add $200

  • Getting around and under gutter guards- $0.50 per ft

• Semi-Annual Cleaning(s)- $1 per ft, then $0.75 per ft.

• Tree Trimming (cutting tree limbs away from roof)- $20 per tree- 2” diameter or less)

• Bush Trimming (cutting bushes 12inches away from house)- $25-$100

• Roof Cleanup (branches/leaves blown off or removed)-$25

• Power Washing (coming Spring 2023)

• Other (If you have something you need done on the exterior of the home, ask your technician)

  WE DO NOT SNAKE UNDERGROUND GUTTERING DRAINS AT THIS TIME.
